Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of custom fabrication projects from concept through delivery. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, project-based environment where no two projects are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from scope definition through design, production, and final delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans (scope, schedule, budget).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate across Design, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Lead meetings, capture requirements, and maintain alignment.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope changes and documentation.
- Track project performance and report progress to leadership.
- Prepare and deliver client updates (weekly/monthly).
- Support client invoicing and track project financials.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and external partners.
- Maintain clear project documentation and records.
- Contribute to process improvements and PM best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of custom fabrication project management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Experience with budgeting, invoicing, or financial tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000-75,000 + bonus potential based on experience.
